CHARLES RAY “CR” AND LOIS VINCEK, along with their son, Gary and daughter, Cheryl Failla, began their family business almost 30 years ago. Combining their knowledge and years of experience in the cattle production and meat market industry with their small-town hospitality and Czech family heritage, Vincek's Smokehouse was created. The business still stands at its original location on Highway 60, just south of the Highway 90 intersection in East Bernard, Texas.
